Tsuki to Laika to Nosferatu Episode 5 Recap
In Episode 5, Irina complete's solitary training while Lev returns to his previous day-to-day activities. The rival kingdom of Arnack has just announced its cosmonauts, putting pressure on Zirnitra to do the same. Lyudmilla Kharlova is sent to inspect the candidates. While at it, she reassures everyone that the project is going according to plan, and, most importantly, ahead of the rivals' project.
Her appearance, however, takes a sinister tone, when she reminds Lev that Irina isn't considered human as far as Project Nosferatu is concerned. Irina completes her solo training and does well in parachute training. This success is shadowed by tragedy though. A reentry module for a test rocket crashes nearby, due to malfunction. A traumatized Irina goes into shock upon witnessing the dead body of the test dog.
