The Legion simultaneously attacks the Federacy, the Republic of San Magnolia and other allied nations, wreaking havoc. From the snowy landscape to the whole sense of imminent doom, death reigns in this episode. The Federacy doesn't fare well, and defeat seems certain, but Shin and his squadron manage to come up with a fierce counterattack.
Frederica has a vision of Shin enjoying the fight and fears that he is will go mad like Kiri. Fearful, she warns him against becoming like her former knight. Are her fears founded?
The Republic fares less well than the Federacy, as the Legion's imminent attack is set to devastate the country. Lena's uncles agrees to let her try to hold off the Legion by contacting all 86 soldiers at once. Meanwhile, Shin and the others brace themselves for the new, more devastating attack.
