The Autobots are a huge part of the lore of the franchise and this time, in Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, director Steven Caple Jr. teases that they will be stepping up as they will be bringing them to "a whole new level."

“Autobots, transform and roll out!”

Who would ever forget these lines, everyone? It's one of the classics from the franchise and with the upcoming Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, they will be stepping up their game as per the director of the movie.

Speaking with Box Office Pro (via ComicBook.com), Steven Caple Jr., director of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, teased, "We take the term 'Autobot' and bring it to a whole new level."

Caple Jr. said, "Without spoiling the film? I can't -- but I will say that there is a moment toward the end of the movie that I'm really excited for people to see."

Caple Jr. added, "I can't go into an ymore detail, but it's a very emotionally powerful moment in the third act of the movie that you'll recognize when you see it in a theater."

Caple Jr. further explained, "I pay close attention to all my followers on Twitter -- even the crazy fans out there -- so I'll be looking to see their reaction on social media after the movie comes out."

"I think audiences are going to be blown away by it when they see it on the big screen. Our climactic battle sequence at the end of the film is going to pay off in a big way," Caple Jr. concluded.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will be adapting the Beast Wars storyline which will act, somehow, as a reboot of the whole franchise.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is off to a good start with the prequel film of the franchise.

The movie will be taking everyone back to the 90s from when the factions are just starting on their own agenda, and to when Optimus Prime decided to side with humanity.

The Autobots that Caple Jr. teased include Pete Davidson as Mirage, John DiMaggio as Stratosphere, Liza Koshy as Arcee, and Cristo Fernández as Wheeljack.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts stars Anthony Ramos as Noah, Dominique Fishback as Elena, and Luna Lauren Vélez. The iconic voice of Peter Cullen will be back as Optimus Prime.

The Maximals will be voiced by Ron Perlman as Optimus Primal, Michelle Yeoh as Airazor, and David Sobolov as Rhinox.

The Terrorcons voiced by Peter Dinklage as Scourge, David Sobolov as Battletrap, Michaela Jae Rodriquez as Nightbird, and Tobe Nwigwe as Reek.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is slated for a theatrical release on June 9, 2023.
