Tom Sizemore's condition is reportedly not improving after suffering from a brain aneurysm, and his doctors already recommend an "end-of-life plan."

Sizemore's family now has to make a tough decision about the actor's case. As his condition has yet to improve, his life may soon come to an end, and the entertainment industry may lose another star.

The Heartbreaking Decision About Tom Sizemore's Condition

The 61-year-old's manager, Charles Lago, told TMZ that the doctors had already updated Sizemore's loved ones about his condition on Monday, February 28, and the news was bad.

Sizemore is still in critical care, coma, and ICU, with no signs of any improvement.

Hence, the medical staff has already recommended an end-of-lie plan and laid out options for the family.

His loved ones are said to be considering the options and will release an official statement about it in the coming days.

Lago added that Sizemore's aneurysm stemmed from his stroke on February 18, causing him to collapse and be rushed to the hospital.

The paramedics were then called around 2 a.m. after someone found him.

"We are asking for privacy for his family during this difficult time, and they wish to thank the hundreds of messages of prayers and support that have been received. This has been a difficult time for them," Lago said.

Tom Sizemore's Career

Sizemore has been known for his tough guy roles since he started in the business in the 1980s. In real life, he has struggled with addiction and faced a string of legal issues.

He's best known for action movies and crime dramas, like the iconic Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down, Passenger 57, Heat, True Romance, Natural Born Killers, Devil in a Blue Dress, The Relic, and Strange Days.
