Lisa Ann Walter and Elaine Hendrix brought a Parent Trap reunion that the 1990s fans didn't know they needed. The two had brought major nostalgia at the 2023 Screen Actors Guild Awards, raising the question if there would be Parent Trap 2.
Walter and Hendrix walked the red carpet together as each other's date at the event. So, was it a hint that there would be Parent Trap 2?
Lisa Ann Walter Open to Doing Parent Trap 2
In an interview with E! News, Walter revealed she's open to reprising her role as Chessy in the movie sequel if there would be one.
"What we get online more than anything is kids that are now in their 20s and 30s that say, 'You were our childhood, and we grew up with you,'" she began. "I think, like Abbot Elementary, there is just a real longing for people to feel good and safe, and so any movie like that, yeah, let's do it."

"Parent Trap also was a romance, and it appealed to grown people, to grown women, to people that want to see a happy ending after something is tragic and a family has divorced."
Parent Trap was released in 1998 and starred a young Lindsay Lohan, Dennis Quaid, Simon Kunz, and Natasha Richardson, who died in 2009.
