Tom Brady finally decided to put an end to all the rumors surrounding his football career. In recent months, there have been reports claiming that he could announce his retirement soon so that he could focus on his marriage to Gisele Bundchen.
Tom Brady Won't Retire From Football Anytime Soon
Tom Brady's former teammate Chris Simms also claimed that the dad of three would retire from football even before the season ends. After all, Brady and Gisele Bundchen are dealing with some issues in their marriage. However, Brady just confirmed that this isn't the case.
"Well, that's really why I'm here, I'm here to announce, finally, you guys have pushed me to the brink," Brady initially joked (via Radar Online).
"I love the sport, I love the teammates, and I want to go do a good job for this team like I always have." He concluded by giving a solid answer. So, no retirement in my future," he added.

Tom Brady Seemingly Prioritizes Football Over His Marital Problems With Gisele Bundchen
Brady's decision to continue playing football seems to be the confirmation that his fans need to know that his marriage to Bundchen can no longer be saved. Throughout the past couple of weeks, there have been claims that both parties have already hired their divorce lawyers. However, no one has pushed through with the filing yet.

Gisele Bundchen Admitted That Tom Brady Playing Football Always Caused Her To Worry
But before all this news blew up, Bundchen was already honest enough to share her real thoughts about football. While speaking with Elle, Bundchen said that she couldn't help but worry about Brady because the sport is very physical.
"Obviously, I have my concerns—this is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present. I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them]. He needs to follow his joy, too," she said.
During the same interview, Bundchen also said that she was ready to follow her own path after giving so much of herself to her family.
"I've done my part, which is [to] be there for [Tom]. I moved to Boston, and I focused on creating a cocoon and a loving environment for my children to grow up in and to be there supporting him and his dreams. Seeing my children succeed and become the beautiful little humans that they are, seeing him succeed, and being fulfilled in his career—it makes me happy. At this point in my life, I feel like I've done a good job on that," she said.
