It has been months since the second season ended, and finally, Tokyo Revengers Season 3, or Tenjiku Arc, has been announced, and it’s confirmed to release this October.
The anime’s new season will come just half a year after the second season ended.
Along with the release reveal, there was also a new trailer for the third season which showed off new footage and introduced new cast members.
On top of the highly anticipated third season, Tokyo Revengers fans will also be treated to two interesting new projects.
Tokyo Revengers Video Game and Stage Play Announced
While the manga may have ended last year, the Tokyo Revengers franchise is still getting many new projects for fans to enjoy. One of these is a newly announced video game.
Specifically, this new game is a 3D action RPG that’s being developed by Victor Entertainment Games, and it will be free to play with in-game purchases. The game’s story will follow the main time loop of the manga.
There’s no title for this game yet, but it is confirmed to release on PS5, PS4, Switch, PC, Android, and iOS sometime in Winter 2023. However, there’s no word on whether it will also get a Western release.
Aside from a new game, there’s also an upcoming Tokyo Revengers stage musical that will run in Tokyo this November and in Osaka this December.
Tokyo Revengers getting a musical is no surprise given that stage adaptations are quite common for hit anime.
After all, shows like Attack on Titan and Spy x Family have gotten musical plays made just last year.
More details on this play, including the complete cast and specific show dates, will be revealed at a later date.

Tokyo Revengers Season 3 Release Date Revealed
Perhaps the biggest recent announcement is Tokyo Revengers Season 3.
Officially titled Tokyo Revengers Tenjiku Arc, this season will cover the manga’s longest arc, and will heavily feature the mysterious Tenjiku gang from Yokohama.
Also revealed are four new cast members, including:
- Seiichiro Yamashita (Izumi in Horimiya) as Kakucho
- Koki Uchiyama (Cid in The Eminence in Shadow) as Shion Madarame
- Daisuke Namikawa (Hisoka in Hunter x Hunter) as Ran Haitani
- Hiro Shimono (Zenitsu in Demon Slayer) as Rindo Haitani
Given that this is the longest arc in the manga, it’ll be interesting to see how long the third season will be.
Based on the previous season’s length, 13 episodes might not be enough to cover everything.
Tokyo Revengers Season 3: Tenjiku Arc will premiere in October 2023.
