Tokyo Revengers Season 3 Officially Confirmed in Announcement Video, Key Visual
The Tokyo Revengers Season 3 announcement video was dropped right after the current season finale concluded. The video confirms that the third season of the anime will adapt the Tenjiku arc of Ken Wakui's manga. As expected, the brief video features shots of Mikey Sano, Tetta Kisaki, and Takemichi Hanagaki. However, it also highlights Izana Kurokawa's awesome Season 2 debut.
Not surprisingly, Izana Kurokawa is currently a hot topic with Tokyo Revengers fans who are understandably excited about the Tenjiku boss' arrival in the anime.
In the manga, Izana Kurokawa is the boss of the Yokohama gang Tenjiku and he happens to have an unexpected connection to Mikey. We won't spoil anything here but Izana is certainly a major character to watch out for in Tokyo Revengers Season 3.
When Is The Tokyo Revengers Season 3 Release Date?
For now, it has only been confirmed that Tokyo Revengers is getting a third season and the anime's return is clearly still in development. What we know for sure is that Season 3 will adapt the manga's Tenjiku arc and that Izana Kurokawa will play a major role in the anime.
The Season 2 finale featured the debut of Nobunaga Shimazaki as Izana Kurokawa and he will return for the third season. Shimazaki will be joined by Tetsu Inada who has been confirmed to play Kanji Mochizuki, one of Tenjiku's Four Heavenly Kings.
