Tokyo Revengers Chapter 248 Recap
The chapter begins with a flashback from Mitsuya. He brought his younger sisters, Luna and Mana, to a festival when he was a teenager. Everyone had their eyes on a couple of delinquents during that event, with the Haitani brothers leading the group.
Known as "Roppongi's Charisma," Mitsuya thought they were pretty cool. Going back to the ongoing battle, Mitsuya tells Hakkai that he once looked up to Ran and Rindo.
Ran makes a prediction and says that Mitsuya and Hakkai will die in five minutes. Hakkai gets agitated and runs toward the brothers to punch them. Rindo avoids his hit, and they continue to run off. Hakkai chases after them and disappears into the crowd.
Meanwhile, Senju has beaten at least 50 members by now. However, there are still a lot of them left. Sanzu approaches her and calls her a "disgusting fly." The narration states it's going to be Kawaragi Senju vs. Sanzu Haruchiyo.
Elsewhere, Mitsuya finds Hakkai lying on the ground with blood on his head. Hakkai manages to tell Mitsuya that they are trapped. Mitsuya looks around and sees that they are surrounded by the Haitani brothers and members of the Kanto Manji Gang.
Ran says the game is over, and it didn't even take them five minutes. Mitsuya calls it an "awful prediction."
On the other hand, Inupi approaches Koko. However, Koko says he refuses to confront Inupi. Waka tells Koko to stay back. The narration says it will be Inui Seishu vs. Imaushi Wakasa.
Back at Mitsuya's location, he screams for Hakkai to wake up while beating up multiple members of Kanto Manji. Rindo says he shouldn't wake up any time soon since Hakkai's head was hit due to a surprise attack.
Hakkai gets up and says he's rested. Rindo is shocked and wonders how tough they really are.
Mitsuya says it's past five minutes. He challenges them to fight and predicts that in five minutes, they're the ones who are going to be defeated.

Tokyo Revengers Chapter 249 will be out on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. In Japan, the chapter will officially be out on Wednesday, April 13.

Hakkai tells Mitsuya that the Haitani brothers are a dangerous duo to fight. During the Kanto incident, when it was Hakkai and Angry vs. the Haitani brothers, the latter would always attack together.
Hakkai comes up with a plan to separate Rindo and Ran. Hakkai takes Rindo away, which surprises Ran and causes him to lose focus. Mitsuya then manages to land a hit on Ran. Mitsuya and Hakkai attack the Haitani brothers relentlessly until they couldn't get up.
Elsewhere, Mochi looked tired already but Chifuyu was standing his ground. Mochi was annoyed with Chifuyu, wondering why he wanted to fight despite their difference in size. Chifuyu felt insulted and hit Mochi with one strike, defeating him.
The loss of Mochi and the Haitani brothers' boosts Toman's morale. However, Smiley notes that they shouldn't be too comfortable just yet.
Takemichi vs. Kakucho is still ongoing, with Takemichi still willing to fight. Meanwhile, Sanzu has the upper hand over Senju. Akkun's also looking pretty beat up since Shion is using brass knuckles.
