A brand new set of character posters has been revealed for Thor: Love and Thunder and if there’s one word to describe all of it, it’s electrifying! There are also new advertisements for the RealD 3D, Dolby, ScreenX, and IMAX release of the film.
Thor: Love and Thunder is the next Marvel Cinematic Universe project and the movie just unveiled a new set of character posters for Thor, Jane, Zeus, Korg, Valkyrie, Gorr the God Butcher, and Thor’s goats, ToothGrinder and ToothGnasher. All the posters have elements of lightning and are colorful except for Gorr’s having a more ominous feel on it.
Zeus’ character poster teases what Olympus looks like. Gorr the God Butcher’s poster has a darker color scheme and it also shows a closer look at the all-black necrosword. ToothGnasher and ToothGrinder look absolutely adorable in their very own poster. Jane’s muscular arms are everything!
New posters are also released for Thor: Love and Thunder’s RealD 3D version with Thor’s arm tattooed with a heart, Dolby poster where Thor is meditating in the middle, an extra colorful ScreenX poster, and an ominous IMAX poster. See the posters below:
Thor: Love and Thunder focuses on the God of Thunder as, for the first time in more than a thousand years, he enters a journey to self-discovery, looking for peace of mind after losing almost everyone he loves. However, while in retirement, his new adventure gets interrupted by Gorr the God Butcher who wants to eradicate the existence of gods.
Fighting for dear life, Thor gets the help of King Valkyrie and Korg, and surprisingly, an unexpected reunion awaits him as he sees Jane Foster who now wields the reforged Mjolnir as the Mighty Thor. In their quest to fight Gorr, they proceed to the home of the gods, Olympus, where they see Zeus and the others.
