Production is still ongoing for Marvel Studios' Thor: Love and Thunder and by the looks of things, the project is already stacked with a who's who of Hollywood's biggest and brightest names. As it stands, we all know that aside from cast members like Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson, Thor 4 will also star Natalie Portman, Chris Pratt, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Dave Bautista, and renowned actor Christian Bale who is making his grand MCU debut.

That ensemble is already quite impressive and might I add on par with the Avengers casting-wise but apparently, there's room for more as new evidence may have just confirmed that legendary actor Jeff Goldblum, who played the cunning and manipulative villain Grandmaster in Thor: Ragnarok will also be returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The official Twitter account of Wide World of Sports posted a photo of Goldblum, along with Chris Hemsworth and Taika Waititi watching a game of National Rugby League in Australia, the same location where Thor 4 is currently filming. Now, you may think that Goldblum is just there to visit some friends but it doesn't take a genius to connect the dots on this one. Check out the image here.

Now, while Grandmaster was no Hela-level of a baddie, he still made Thor's life a living hell when he landed in Sakaar, even forcing him to go up against Bruce Banner aka The Hulk at the Contest of Champions and it'll be interesting what type of role he plays in the Thorquel. It's safe to assume that he's there for some added comic relief but we should all be reminded that he actually has a score to settle with the God of Thunder himself.

Thor: Love and Thunder will hit cinemas in 2022.
