There are only five episodes left of The Flash’s final season, and Season 9 will mark the end of DC’s Arrowverse. The ninth season has been airing for the past 10 weeks, with Team Flash going through various challenges and obstacles: Joe West leaving Central City, Caitlin Snow’s death, and the evil speedster Red Death.

Several special guest stars also recently appeared in the season, such as Batwoman’s Javicia Leslie and Supergirl’s Nicole Maines. Of course, more Arrowverse characters are expected to appear, like the man who started it all: Oliver Queen/Green Arrow, played by Stephen Amell.

That being said, The Flash Season 9 will go over a two-week break. Here’s when it’s coming back:

The Flash Season 9 returns to The CW on Wednesday, April 26, at 8:00 p.m. ET. The ninth episode is considered one of the most special episodes for the series, as we will be seeing Stephen Amell as the Green Arrow one last time.

“Stephen and I, it’s like getting the band back together,” The Flash star Grant Gustin told TVLine. “Just good times, and a lot of laughing.”

On the other hand, Stephen Amell told TVLine that being a part of The Flash‘s farewell run “was really special,” and that the April 26 episode will “100 percent” delight fans with a super amount of callbacks.

“We’re there to play the hits, man,” Amell said. “We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel.”

The final Arrow crossover episode is called “It’s My Party and I’ll Die If I Want To”, and it’s directed by The Flash’s Danielle Panabaker, who now plays “Khione” in this season.

Stephen Amell will be joined by David Ramsey, who will be reprising his Arrow role as John Diggle, and Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West/Kid Flash. The final Arrow crossover will also feature a former Flash villain, Ramsey Rosso/Bloodwork, played by Sendhil Ramamurthy.

Oliver Queen officially died on Arrow after eight seasons and multiple resurrections. The Green Arrow made the ultimate sacrifice to stop the Anti-Monitor during the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event. After he sacrificed himself to save Earth-38 residents, Oliver then became the Spectre, before once again sacrificing himself.

Mia Queen and Sara Lance attempt to revive him with the Lazarus Pit, but only his body was restored, not his soul. Thus, John Constantine, Mia, and John Diggle journey to Eath-666 to ask a favor from Lucifer to retrieve Oliver’s soul from Purgatory. But before this happens, Oliver gets recruited by Jim Corrigan to become the Spectre. But later on, Oliver faces the Anti-Monitor himself and triggers the reconstruction of the universe at the cost of his own life.

The Arrowverse’s Justice League assembles on the final episode of Crisis where they honor Oliver’s sacrifice. The final episode of Arrow shows Oliver’s funeral, which was attended by Barry, Kara, and all of Oliver’s friends and family, including the resurrected Tommy Merlyn, Moira Queen, and Quentin Lance.
