We finally have a glimpse at what Nora West-Allen's speedster suit will look like in The Flash Season 5. Interestingly, it appears that XS will be staying true to her comic book persona's costume.
There is little doubt that Nora will be suiting up in the fifth season of The Flash. A new set photo reveals Jessica Parker Kennedy's stunt double taking a break in full costume. Take a look at the image below.
It might not be as eye-catching as Barry Allen's red suit but Nora's costume certainly takes notes from XS's suit from the comic books. After all, XS wears a dark purple suit with the white chest in the comics. Nora's chest logo also resembles the Tornado Twins logo that XS adopted when she joined the Legion of Super-Heroes.
Nora is expected to play a key role in The Flash Season 5. After all, the premiere episode of the fifth season is named after her and Kennedy has already teased that her character's little secrets will be revealed right away. The actress pointed out that Nora's mommy issues could be confirmed early on in the series.
"Something has obviously happened for me to feel much closer to my father than my mother," Kennedy shared. "It's something you'll find out relatively early on in the season."
We have yet to find out why Nora isn't close to Iris West. However, it is possible that Iris may have tried to stop her daughter from becoming a superhero just like her father.
The Flash Season 5 will premiere on The CW on October 9.
