The Flash Star Ezra Miller Pleads Not Guilty to Felony Burglary Charges in Vermont


The Flash star Ezra Miller has been making rounds in the headlines in the past several issues due to several allegations and legal issues that they are facing including felony burglary charges in Vermont that happened a few months back. Now, we have our latest update on the development of the actor's recent legal issue.

According to Deadline, Miller pled not guilty to those charges when they appeared remotely today for a session in the criminal division of the Green Mountain State’s Superior Court. The actor was then told that they are prohibited from doing any interactions with the neighbor Isaac Winokur and another Vermont resident Aiden Early as part of the conditions.

However, The Flash actor is also facing up to 26 years behind bars as well as over $2,000 in fines if they are found guilty of the charges. They have to return to court virtually or in person on undetermined future dates for more proceedings in the matter.

Several weeks ago, Miller released an apology statement regarding the allegations and legal issues that they are facing and promised that they will seek treatment for their mental health issues.

Warner Bros. is also still committed to releasing The Flash in theaters next year despite the ongoing controversies and legal issues that its main star is facing at the moment. There are reports that the actor has met with the studio and has also participated in recent reshoots for the film.

It is unknown yet whether Miller is going to be involved in the promotional tour for the film as well as whether they will remain attached to play the titular hero in the future of the DCEU although there are reports that they are not expected to continue after the release.
