The Batman Actor Robert Pattinson Praises Tenet Co-Star's Work Attitude

There is little doubt that Robert Pattinson is a great actor who can take on just about any role. However, the star of The Batman has just revealed that working on Tenet was not as easy as it seems. Pattinson admitted he had difficulty shooting the movie and went out of his way to praise co-star John David Washington for his positive working attitude.

Pattinson and Washington recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly about the upcoming Christopher Nolan film. Interestingly, the Twilight actor stated that it was exhausting to work on the movie although he doesn't get that much screentime.

"It was really hard this shoot. And also I was only doing basically 1/3 of what John David was doing. I basically felt like I had mono," Pattinson said. He then added that he was impressed with the way Washington handled work.

"So… John David literally every day from as soon as his arrival on set ‘til the end of the day, just buoyant the whole time. It was kind of really necessary energy to have," Pattinson said.

It might be a good thing that Pattinson didn't have to do much on Tenet considering that he'll be working a lot once The Batman resumes production later this year. In the meantime, we'll get to see him in action this July.

Tenet also stars Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Michael Caine, and Kenneth Branagh. The film is scheduled for release on July 31.
