It's Bad Batch Wednesday yet again and it's been a major emotional rollercoaster for viewers as Crosshair's fate was finally revealed. Although he is still alive, the latest episode confirms that Crosshair is facing trouble yet again, and this time, it's because of Clone Force 99.
In Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 2 Episode 14, Crosshair finally met Doctor Royce Hemlock who asks for his help. Hemlock wants the location of Clone Force 99 and Crosshair immediately deduces that he is after Omega. Although Hemlock offers him his freedom, Crosshair refuses to share any information about his former squad and is subjected to the interrogation droid.
Although Hemlock orders that Crosshair be interrogated until he talks, Emerie Karr takes a break to check on his vitals. Crosshair takes the opportunity to grab a Stormtrooper's blaster and shoot his way out of the room. He then heads for the comms room and sends a message to warn Clone Force 99.
Unfortunately, Crosshair is captured and Hemlock is now more determined to torture him to get the information he needs.
It's great to see Crosshair once again and we now know he has no intentions of betraying his brothers and Omega. Unfortunately, it looks like he is now facing even bigger troubles considering he is at the mercy of the sadistic Hemlock.
At this point, we know that Clone Force 99 got Crosshair's warning but Hunter is still wary of his brother's intentions. We're hoping he and the rest of the Bad Batch realize that Crosshair needs their help so they can finally be reunited.
The Bad Batch Season 2 Episode 14 also brought back Captain Rex and Echo, who also managed to reunite with Clone Force 99. Their return once again confirmed that Hemlock has evil plans for the retired clones and hopefully, they will manage to stop him.
