The Los Angeles Medical Examiner has determined that a headshot wound was the official cause of Stephen Boss’ death.

According to a report on Radar Online, Stephen Boss' body is being prepared for shipment to his wife, Allison Holker.

After missing his check-out time on Tuesday, the hotel housekeeper discovered Stephen Boss, also known as tWitch, dead at the Oak Tree Inn. When she entered his room, she found his decomposing body in the bathtub.

According to the hotel management, many guests checked in at the hotel when Stephen Boss took his own life.

Pictures taken on Wednesday showed the Encino, California, facility, which was only a 14-minute walk from Stephen Boss’ Los Angeles home, and vehicles and people entering and exiting the building.

Even though Stephen Boss died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, it has been determined that no hotel employees fired any rounds.

The maid reported her discovery to her manager, who immediately dialed 911.

When he checked into the hotel, Stephen Boss brought a small suitcase, which was subsequently discovered in his room.

A few days before his death, however, the well-known DJ from The Ellen DeGeneres Show could be seen dancing and beaming in a social media post.

On the November 17 episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show, Stephen Boss and Allison Holker discussed their family and revealed that Weslie, 14, Maddox, 6, and Zaia, 3, are their children.

Allison Holker stated at the time that she and her husband missed having a baby in their home and would love to begin trying for another child.

She also posted a video of herself and Stephen Boss dancing in front of their Christmas tree on Instagram just days before tragically taking his own life.

Earlier this month, tWitch uploaded another video of himself moving around while listening to music in his living room on a Friday evening.

In 2019, Stephen Boss and Allison Holker paid $2.75 million for a newly built home in Encino that is now worth $4 million. It contains seven bathrooms and six bedrooms.

Stephen Boss and Allison celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary just days before he committed suicide. Earlier this week, when they celebrated their new accomplishment, the couple appeared to be in a good mood.
