The Los Angeles Medical Examiner has determined that a headshot wound was the official cause of Stephen Boss’ death.
According to a report on Radar Online, Stephen Boss' body is being prepared for shipment to his wife, Allison Holker.
After missing his check-out time on Tuesday, the hotel housekeeper discovered Stephen Boss, also known as tWitch, dead at the Oak Tree Inn. When she entered his room, she found his decomposing body in the bathtub.
According to the hotel management, many guests checked in at the hotel when Stephen Boss took his own life.
Pictures taken on Wednesday showed the Encino, California, facility, which was only a 14-minute walk from Stephen Boss’ Los Angeles home, and vehicles and people entering and exiting the building.
Even though Stephen Boss died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, it has been determined that no hotel employees fired any rounds.
The maid reported her discovery to her manager, who immediately dialed 911.
When he checked into the hotel, Stephen Boss brought a small suitcase, which was subsequently discovered in his room.
A few days before his death, however, the well-known DJ from The Ellen DeGeneres Show could be seen dancing and beaming in a social media post.
