The Ghostbusters 2016 trailer was met with mixed reactions when it was released earlier this month. While some people found the trailer entertaining and fun, most fans didn’t like it, to say the least.
Australian visual effects artist Darren Wallace seems to be part of the latter group. In a new video featuring the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, Wallace expresses how he felt with the first trailer of Paul Feig's Ghostbusters reboot.
Just like most human fans of the classic movie, Stay Puft Marshmallow Man seemed underwhelmed and a bit horrified with the trailer, although one could see the excitement on his face at the beginning of the video. The ending might be an exaggeration to how most human fans handled themselves upon seeing the trailer, but perhaps this is what they felt internally.
To put it mildly, things didn’t turn out well for Stay Puft.

Obviously, Stay Puft’s reaction is very entertaining and hilarious, especially because of the shocking twist at the end, but what I like most about it is how Wallace was able to animate the character that it made the best human-like reactions.
Well, it seems to be Wallace’s forte. Previous videos he’s entertained people with include Star Wars: The Force Awakens Disney Parody and Avengers of Oz: Age of Tin Man. Both videos have gotten over 2 million views already.
