Star Wars: The Clone Wars Actor Praises Ray Park's Work as Darth Maul

Darth Maul is cool and this is an opinion everyone has always had, even when Star Wars: The Phantom Menace came out. While he never said a word in the movie, the menace he brought to our screens and the gruesome way he killed Qui-Gon Jinn will always be remembered by Star Wars fans. His resurrection and resurgence in Star Wars: The Clone Wars has also been great, with actor Sam Witwer giving him a fitting voice and personality that constantly shines.

Fans freaked out when Dave Filoni revealed that original Darth Maul actor Ray Park would get to do some motion-capture work for the series and Witwer has since capitalized on that with a flattering tweet that should excite everyone. Not only does Witwer praise Park's work on the character in The Phantom Menace but he also brought up his amazing work for The Clone Wars, which should be an awesome watch.

If you've seen Star Wars Rebels then you know that Maul lives through The Clone Wars and even has some adventures before eventually dying in a battle against Obi-Wan Kenobi. Even though we all know Maul makes it out alive of The Clone Wars, it's going to be a treat seeing Ray Park's motion-capture as he kicks a lot of ass.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars airs weekly on the Disney+ streaming service.
