Star Wars: Ray Park Teases Darth Maul Return With Shocking New Photo

Fans have long been hoping for Darth Maul to return in the Star Wars Universe. Amazingly, this could be happening very soon. Ray Park has just shared a jaw-dropping image that could confirm the return of the Son of Dathomir.

Park has just shared a new photo on his Instagram account which features Maul's trademark horns. In addition to that, the G.I. Joe star tagged the location to Tatooine and left a cryptic message. Check it out below.

"Meet me in Dathomir!" Park wrote. "SITH LIFE! TAO."

The image immediately had fans hyped up since it appears that Park has confirmed he is getting ready to play Maul all over again. After all, there's only one Star Wars project that is set to begin filming really soon and it's also set in Tatooine. That would be Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi, which is currently in pre-production.

So does this mean that Park will return as Maul in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series? It's an exciting possibility considering that it would be the first time that Park will be reunited with Ewan McGregor since Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.

For now, Disney and Lucasfilm have not yet confirmed that Park is joining the cast of Obi-Wan Kenobi. With that in mind, it's best to take this with a grain of salt.

Park's return in a Star Wars project was previously believed to be in trouble when he shared a shockingly NSFW video on Instagram. However, it appears that things are going well for the Solo: A Star Wars Story actor and the franchise considering that the Star Wars Instagram account is still following him.
