Star Wars Battlefront II Confirmed to Have Many Elite Troopers

It may not have been the most extensive reveals at E3 2017, but Star Wars fans can still expect to see more new details and sneak peeks for Star Wars Battlefront II.

Specifically, there's the D23 Expo, where the game will be taking center stage, hopefully with more footage and experiences to be showcased. But before EA capped off the reveals for now, it did tweet a teaser clip that gives a glimpse of the upcoming elite stormtroopers.

Seen in the tweet below, we get a sneak peek at the look and some abilities of elite troopers that turn the tide of battle. The already announced Death Trooper can be seen all menacing in their black ensemble and weapons.

There are the Jumptroopers who, while they're technically just jumping in the sneak peek, can probably do more than just jump, of course. We also see the B2 Super Battle Droids, which looked like hunchbacked droids. While those are the only reinforcements coming for the Imperial, fear not, there are many others coming your way as you wreak havoc on the Rebellion.

Just hopefully, you won't forget which side you're on. I guess the only downside to having played so many Star Wars games while on the side of the Force, it might take a little getting used to in avoiding friendly shots at what used to be previous foes.

Star Wars Battlefront II will be out on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One on Nov. 17.
