The full trailer for Andor is finally here and it promises that the new Star Wars series is going to be a cool action thriller. It also shows us more of Adria Arjona's mysterious character and teases the major role that she is set to play in the upcoming Disney+ show!
In the new Andor trailer, we get to see a lush new planet and its inhabitants who appear to be struggling with the arrival of the Galactic Empire. It doesn't take long before we see Adria Arjona's character being stopped by Imperial officers and she appears to be captured later. In addition to that, a line by the Imperial officer Dedra Meero, "Are you a fish or a thief?" is directed at the character.
So who is Adria Arjona playing in Andor? We still have no idea who the Good Omens star will portray in the Star Wars series. However, there were previous speculations suggesting that she might be playing Cassian Andor's sister or another Rebel who works with Diego Luna's character in the show. Either way, we're expecting Arjona to be part of all the action when the series premieres in September.
The Andor trailer also gave us our first glimpse at Forest Whitaker who is returning to reprise his role as Saw Gerrera. The character certainly looks a lot younger than he did in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story which takes place around five years after the events in the series. With that in mind, there's a possibility that Saw aged a lot after everything that happens in Andor.
Andor was originally set for release on August 31, 2022. However, the new trailer confirms that the series is being pushed back and the three-episode premiere is now set for September 21, 2022.
