After Song Joong Ki announced his marriage to Katy Louise Saunders and the coming of their first baby, his wife is spotted shopping for baby clothes in South Korea with her mom.
Dispatch released a set of photos of Saunders preparing for the coming of their little bundle of joy. This news comes after Song Joong Ki’s agency, HighZium Studio, announced the couple’s plan to hold a marriage ceremony.
Katy Louise Saunders Preparing for New Baby’s Birth
By the looks of it, the British actress is now preparing for her upcoming birth, though her husband hasn’t revealed how many months pregnant she already is.
She was wearing a sweatshirt during the outing, seemingly hiding her baby bump.
Dispatch claimed Saunders arrived in South Korea with Song Joong Ki last spring. The couple lived together in a villa in Hannam-dong at the time.
Despite the Reborn Rich star’s popularity, they casually went out and about, not minding the public and the many eyes watching them.
Song Joong Ki made sure Saunders would have a good life in South Korea, even hiring an English teacher who could translate for her knowing he was often away filming.
He even brought her parents over when he found out they were already expecting. They recently moved into a $16.3-million villa in Itaewon.
Song Joong Ki Announced Marriage, Baby’s Coming
Song Joong Ki surprised everyone when he announced he’s already married and is now expecting on his online fan community Monday, January 30.
The news came after his agency confirmed he was already in a relationship with Saunders in December 2022.
He wrote,
"I made a pledge with Katy Louise Saunders, with whom I have shared precious moments, to spend the rest of our lives together. A new life has also come to us.”

From there, he revealed that they had already registered their marriage.
"We just registered our marriage to start a life as a married couple based on deep trust and love. We will start our beautiful journey and spend our remaining days together."
Since the dating news began, there were several questions about his then-girlfriend’s identity.
Many believe it’s Saunders, who made several films but has already stopped acting.
She was spotted with Song Joong Ki during a press conference in Singapore in December, seemingly confirming they were in a relationship.
