Voice actors sharing promotional videos for anime that they’re part of is nothing new, but this new video might just be the cutest. Recently, the official Skip and Loafer social media accounts shared an adorable video of Mitsumi and Shima’s VAs recreating the anime’s opening dance.
The clip was uploaded to the show’s official Twitter and TikTok accounts, and they got a lot of attention from fans of the series because of how cute it is and how the voice actors were able to show their character’s adorable interactions.
Skip and Loafer: Mitsumi and Shima’s Adorable Relationship
While Skip and Loafer can be considered a high school romance anime, it’s fair to say that it’s not like your typical rom-com.
Instead, it’s more of a wholesome slice-of-life series with a compelling cast of characters.
What’s great about the show is how natural and realistic everything feels.
While there might be some potential romantic angle between the two main characters, their adorable relationship develops in a more subtle way.
A lot of this is thanks to Mitsumi, the show’s main character, who is just a ball of sunshine.
Both fans and voice cast members say that Mitsumi is such an endearing character in the way she wears her heart on her sleeve.
This is also what makes Shima so compelled to her. After all, Shima has a complicated past, and from the looks of it, he’s drawn to Mitsumi as she gives him a sense of comfort.
For now, there haven’t been many major developments romantically, but there are lots of small details that hint at more to come.

Mitsumi and Shima’s Voice Actors Dance to the Opening Song
To further promote the anime, Mitsumi and Shima VAs Tomoyo Kurosawa and Akinori Egoshi appeared in a short clip where they recreate the dance that their characters do in the opening.
Sure, it’s not a perfect recreation, but there’s no denying that they got the warm and lovely vibe that the opening brings, so much so that the video has become a big hit among fans.
On Twitter, the video has over 9k likes and over 800k views. And in the replies, lots of fans shared how cute the two are.
