She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 5, Mean, Green, and Straight Poured into These Jeans, Titania's new She-Hulk brand is all over the place with commercials on television and radio and posters on billboards, even worse, even Chet crashed to Jen's house thinking that the She-Hulk brand is hers.

Nikki and Jen proceed to Titania's fan event and they cut to the line to tell Titania to stop but she's not backing down at all. While Jen gets a reminder from Nikki that she doesn't even like the name "She-Hulk," Jen points out that she is still Jennifer Walters.

Both Jen and Nikki couldn't stop scrolling through the website of Titania with the new She-Hulk brand and Pug swings by Nikki's desk to ask for a favor which Nikki agrees to with a favor in return "plus interests."

Pug reveals himself to be a big sneakerhead and he wants to get two pairs of the new Iron Man 3's. He asks Nikki's help because only one pair per person is allowed. Pug says, he needs to with "one to rock and one to stock." Knowing fashion, Nikki's fine with that.

Pug says he has a "Drip Broker," someone named Alonzo who can do anything fashion-wise. With Nikki knowing that Jen needs a whole new wardrobe, she takes the deal with Pug and they proceed to some boba café that Alonzo gave them.

At first, the cashier seems to be adamant in helping them but they are taken into a back room with a lot of Avengers rip-offs. It even says "Avongers," and the cashier brags that he even has "Avingers." Nikki's unimpressed but she gets a confirmation that the cashier, indeed, knows the one who makes custom-made.

To get through, Nikki buys a whole "Avongers" ensemble alongside Pug just so they could book for an appointment with the designer who makes custom-made clothing for superheroes. Nikki even mentions Titania as the one who referred them. Nikki defends that She-Hulk is an Avenger and Pug seconds it that she's a "top tier."

Successfully, they get a 15-minute consultation with the designer. Back at GLK&H, Holliway summons Jen to his office asking about the billboard he passed by with the Body Build Smoothie in the name of She-Hulk and he is baffled as to why they are in the middle of a frivolous lawsuit.

As Jen says she'll sort things out, Holliway knows better. Mallory Book comes in and she is confused as to how Titania "legally out-maneuvered" Jen who even cited Doctor Strange or Thor but Mallory says those are real names that don't need to be trademarked.

Mallory wants to show their strength so they counter sue and that they would have to establish that Jen is using the name She-Hulk even before Titania trademarked it. Also, Mallory calls in Nikki for She-Hulk's new wardrobe, well, Nikki's on top of it, that is for sure.

In court, Titania keeps taking photos of herself and when Jen and Mallory comes in, she says, "Nice suit, Shrek." As the trial starts, Titania's lawyer moves for the dismissal of the case stating that Titania clearly owns the trademark.

Meanwhile, Book asks for summary judgment and boy, she comes in prepared for the case, even bringing a compilation of news clips that establishes Jen's use of her moniker, "She-Hulk," and Titania is just feeding off of the goodwill of the name for her non-FDA approved "sham" products.

Titania's lawyer brings in a clip of Jen refusing to acknowledge the name She-Hulk but thankfully, Mallory comes prepared with a counter to that. Still, Jen and Mallory would have to prove to the court that there is, indeed, a clear pattern that Jen uses the name She-Hulk prior to the trademark.

Jen is taken by Nikki to the designer of superhero clothes, Luke Jacobson, and he is perplexed with She-Hulk asking whether the hag convention is happening. Jen even confuses Luke as she says she need corporate suits, not the superhero costumes.

Luke sends them away but Nikki has the situation covered. Nikki shares that Jen is the cousin of Hulk, by blood, and asks Jen to transform from She-Hulk to Jen then back again. Luke is interested and he calls Tinsley to prepare an order for "extra bolts of stretch wool" because they would need a lot of it.

Back at GLK&H, Jen sees a familiar face beside Mallory, it's Todd, the awkward weird guy who called Jen a specimen and as it turns out, he is one of the highest paying clients of the firm. Todd says drinks are on him should they catch up soon.

Over lunch with Nikki, Jen realizes how they would win the case and it would require a ton of humiliation for her -- her dates from Matcher could prove a pattern of her use of the moniker "She-Hulk" before Titania even trademarked it.

Back to court, Mallory presents their newfound evidence to prove their case and she reads Jen's Matcher profile as "She-Hulk" with the description, “Mean, green, and straight poured into these jeans,” where she is looking for “A sturdy back and reinforced king-sized bed, jk jk jk.”

Thankfully, all her dates comes to the rescue as all of them took the witness stand. The bodybuilder clearly states that Jen identified herself as "She-Hulk," and that he wasn't too impressed with that. The writer says that she addresses herself as "She-Hulk," too, and he finds that, "grating."

Todd takes the stand and shares that Jen was embarrassed at first with the name "She-Hulk," but later embraced it, even brags about he's the kind of guy ladies open up to. Then, there's Arthur who is still so amazed at She-Hulk but admits that Jen isn't his type, just "She-Hulk."

The judge comes up with a decision in favor of Jennifer Walters as She-Hulk with an order to Titania to recall all the She-Hulk products from the market and cease its production. Titania snarls sayin, "This isn't over, hater."

Jen admits she would need some therapy sessions after that humiliating case but she is thankful that it is finally over. Mallory says that Jen deserves better than what Arthur said and Jen immediately invites Mallory over some drinks.

They cheer on their win and Mallory says that even with superpowers, a guy with an internet connection would still think he would be better. Mallory gets that right in all aspects. She also points to Jen that Jen needs new clothes.

Jen goes back to Luke Jacobson to pick up her clothes and he takes out a whole rack for her, she tries one on and Luke even gives her an extra. Meanwhile, Luke scolds an employee saying, “Does client confidentially mean nothing to you?”

Surprisingly, She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 5 has no post-credits scene which departs from the tradition of the series of having a fun tag after the credits would roll. It seems that the series is getting on a more serious note as it furthers into the story of Jen now that Daredevil has been teased.

She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 6 Spoilers, Theories, and Leaks

She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 5 dives deep into the persona of Jen Walters as She-Hulk as she stands up for herself fighting against Titania in court for her own name.

This is actually a callback to a real-life event that happened some time in the 80s when The Incredible Hulk on CBS was at the height of its success and that worried Marvel as they bring in She-Hulk so that CBS wouldn't do a spinoff. By that time, it was a battle of Intellectual Property rights.

Does the name "Alonzo" ring a bell? Well, this name is probably a huge nod to Marvel Studios' President for Visual Effects, Animation, and Post-Production, Victoria Alonso, and to the previous Editor-in-Chief of Marvel comics, Axel Alonso.

She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 5 also has a hilarious take on duped items and merchandise. Usually, movies and series bank on their merchandise for promotion and they are highly susceptible to get bootleg products. It's funny because there's "Avongers," even "Avingers."

Well, the official Twitter page of the Avengers took this opportunity and they renamed their page "Avongers" which is funny considering that this is a real-world problem to brands with Class A products that are clearly a rip-off of the original and those usually sells a lot!

There is also a call back to an Easter egg from She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2 on the Iron Man 3's. Surprisingly, Pug is a huge sneakerhead and he literally wants two pairs, one to look at and display, and the other one to wear.

Here comes Renée Elise Goldsberry who really knows how to "include women in the sequel," get it, Hamilton fans? Well, she plays a pivotal character in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law as Mallory Book, a character from the comics who becomes Jen's rival, and later, her boss.

Another character straight out of the comics is Luke Jacobson who is connected to Dakota North. In She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, Luke is an established fashion designer for superheroes, he could put some built-in weaponry, some fire or water resistance in suits. His attitude? It's very Edna Mode from The Incredibles!

In the comics, She-Hulk's suits are not from Luke but from one of the highly anticipated arrivals in the MCU, from Mr. Fantastic, with the "unstable molecules," wherein the clothing follows the build of the wearer, something he would personally need as he elongates his body.

In court, Titania also gives a callback to all those who mocked She-Hulk when it dropped its first look. See, fans compared She-Hulk to Shrek or even his wife, Fiona. Well, life gave Marvel some lemons so they literally made some lemonade.

While there is no fun tag, the ending of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 5 is enough to keep the fans waiting and wanting for more as it teases the arrival of Daredevil with his yellow helmet sitting around Luke Jacobson's atelier.

The Easter eggs don't stop there, the credits scene shows some of it, too. There's Pug's caricature with Nikki as he shows off his sneaker collection from various MCU characters and those who are yet to arrive. He wants to get some Iron Man 3's, right?
