Ryan Gosling Reportedly Being Considered for Fantastic Four Role

One of the hottest castings right now in Hollywood is the upcoming MCU reboot of Fantastic Four. For the past few months, we've been hearing rumors of several names that are being considered to play the First Family although so far we have not heard any definitive confirmations from Marvel Studios regarding them.

Now, another significant name has been thrown into the mix as reporter Jeff Sneider revealed in The Hot Mic podcast that he "heard" some rumblings that Ryan Gosling is being considered for a role in Fantastic Four although he didn't mention which character it is.

This is not the first time that Gosling is attached to a Marvel rumor mill since there have also been rumblings around the web that he is in the running to play Sentry in Thunderbolts although we haven't heard any confirmations about it as well.

The actor has also expressed his interest to join the MCU in the past when he pitched himself to Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige to potentially play Ghost Rider in the franchise. It is definitely a sign that we could see him be part of the MCU at some point.

Whether this is just simply a rumor or not, it is interesting that we keep hearing Gosling's name being considered for the MCU projects which shows that he may be on their list of actors that they really want to work it and you can't blame them since he is a talented and acclaimed actor.

If Gosling does end up getting involved in Fantastic Four, will we see him play Reed Richards or Johnny Storm? Maybe he will do the role of The Thing? Perhaps he could play the main antagonist instead. Either way, it is exciting to hear about the possibility of the Oscar-nominated actor getting involved in the MCU.
