The awesome character posters for Robert Downey Jr.'s upcoming film Dolittle have just been dropped and fans were undoubtedly delighted with the adorable creatures in the images. However, it seems like there was one particular character that was sorely missing from the line-up. Luckily, a new fan-made poster finally reunites Rocket Raccoon with his Avengers: Endgame co-star.
The poster was created by digital artist Bosslogic and it perfectly adds Rocket into one of the Dolittle posters. Check it out below.
It's a hilarious throwback to Endgame when Tony Stark first met Rocket after returning to Earth. Come to think of it, Rocket was the first animal that Downey actually talked to and understood, right?
Unfortunately, it's unlikely that Rocket and Tony will get another reunion after the events in Endgame. However, fans can still look forward to seeing Rocket in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
Although Rocket won't appear in Dolittle, Downey's other Endgame co-star will provide the voice of one of the doctor's loyal companions. Tom Holland will voice the dog named Jip who wears glasses and likes to read.
The description of Dolittle reads as follows:
"After losing his wife seven years earlier, the eccentric Dr. John Dolittle (Downey), famed doctor and veterinarian of Victorian England, hermits himself away behind the high walls of Dolittle Manor with only his menagerie of animals for company. But when Queen Victoria (Jessie Buckley) falls gravely ill, a reluctant Dolittle is forced to set sail on an epic adventure to a mythical island in search of a cure, regaining his wit and courage as he crosses old adversaries and encounters wondrous creatures."
Dolittle is scheduled for release on January 17, 2020.
