Robert Downey Jr Reunites with Tom Holland in Dolittle Poster

There is little doubt that the reunion between Tony Stark and Peter Parker was one of the most emotional moments in Avengers: Endgame. However, that won't be the last time you'll get to see Robert Downey Jr. and Tom Holland together in one movie. A new poster for Dolittle reunites the Spider-Man: Homecoming stars although Holland looks a little furrier in the image.

Holland shared the poster on his official Instagram account along with an adorable caption. Check it out below.

"This dog's bark is just as good as his bite," Holland wrote before adding the hashtag #dolittle.

In the film, Holland provides the voice of Jip, a loyal pup who wears glasses and loves reading books.

Downey himself shared the poster along with several others that introduced the animal characters in his upcoming film.

The premise of Dolittle reads as follows:

"After losing his wife seven years earlier, the eccentric Dr. John Dolittle (Downey), famed doctor and veterinarian of Victorian England, hermits himself away behind the high walls of Dolittle Manor with only his menagerie of animals for company. But when Queen Victoria (Jessie Buckley) falls gravely ill, a reluctant Dolittle is forced to set sail on an epic adventure to a mythical island in search of a cure, regaining his wit and courage as he crosses old adversaries and encounters wondrous creatures."

Dolittle is directed by Stephen Gaghan and is based on the character created by Hugh Lofting. The film will hit theaters on January 17, 2020.
