Five times the trouble with the Nakano sisters, Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki, who all vied to be the bride of their private tutor, Futaro in Quintessential Quintuplets, and they will be having their very own movie as the anime film drops the first trailer and gives a release window for the upcoming anime flick.
A short teaser trailer has been released for the Quintessential Quintuplets movie with the titular sisters enjoying themselves in what seems to be a vacation at a waterpark. The same revealed that the movie will be out sometime in summer of 2022 wherein the story of the Nakano sisters will continue from where they left off from Season 2 of the anime series.
Their official twitter account also shared a new poster for the upcoming Quintessential Quintuplets movie with the same vibes as that of the teaser trailer.
Easily a fan favorite, those who were following the show were extremely excited when Season 3 of the anime series has been announced shortly after the ending of Season 2. The story is currently heading to the revelation of who would be the lucky quint to be the bride of Futaro. Readers of the manga already know who the girl would be and though some of them were disappointed with the choice, well, it’s love.
The Quintessential Quintuplets is based on the Japanese shōnen manga of the same name written and illustrated by Negi Haruba which recently concluded after the release of the 14th tankōbon volume. It was published in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine and released in English under Kodansha USA.
