Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie consider each other best friends. In fact, the royal siblings have not shied away from talking about their close bond as Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s daughters. During a 2019 interview, Princess Eugenie revealed that she, Princess Beatrice, and Ferguson call each other “tripod” because they are very close.
But just like any other sibling, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie also got into silly fights while they were growing up. They previously revealed that they fought over a pair of shoes when they were much younger.
Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie Had A Falling Out
Woman’s Day, in its Feb. 28 issue, claimed that after Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie became first-time moms, their relationship fell apart.
An unnamed source claimed that Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie’s feud came as a shock to the royal family because everyone knows that the siblings need each other right now.
After all, Prince Andrew just settled with his accuser, Virginia Roberts Giuffre. And it seems it’s going to take him years to recover from the scandal.
“Things boiled over between them recently, after a good year or so of noticeable tension between the sisters. Word among their friends is Eugenie hasn’t exactly been welcoming to Bea’s husband,” the unnamed source said.
Princess Eugenie Dislikes Princess Beatrice’s Husband
Princess Eugenie doesn’t allegedly like Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi’s complicated dating history. After all, he just ended his relationship with his baby mama when he and Princess Beatrice got together.
Mozzi and his baby mama were also previously engaged, but the former called off their engagement.
“Eugenie never quite trusted him given he was previously engaged and already had a child. She’s been cold towards Edo and Beatrice has had enough. It’s enough to break Beatrice’s heart, given that Eugenie has been her best friend and confidante for her entire life,” the unnamed source said.
Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie Disagree On A Lot Of Things
Other than Mozzi, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie couldn’t also, allegedly, get along on other matters involving Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and Prince Charles.
“Eugenie loves Harry and Meghan and fawns all over them constantly. Beatrice finds it grotesque given how they’ve treated her granny. Beatrice is a traditionalist and thinks the Sussexes got too big for their boots,” the unnamed source claimed.
So, it was not surprising for Princess Beatrice to allegedly have been upset when she found out that her sister traveled all the way to the United States just to attend the Super Bowl with Prince Harry.
Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are also, allegedly, worried about their uncle, Prince Charles because they know that he wants to have a slimmed-down monarchy.
“Prince Charles has never made a secret of the fact that he wants a slimmed-down monarchy when he takes charge, and the first to go in his mind will be the Yorks. And now Prince Andrew has been effectively kicked out of the family, the York princesses fear they could be next. While the queen has argued in their corner for years, she won’t be around forever either,” the unnamed source concluded.
However, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie’s alleged feud is obviously just a rumor. Since the sisters are very close, it’s unlikely for them to argue over these things.
Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are close to Prince Harry and Markle. But Princess Eugenie is closer to her cousin and cousin-in-law. However, this doesn’t mean that Princess Beatrice dislikes the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie Are Best Friends
Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have also been very supportive of each other. Since the latter is more active on social media, she has been using the platform to send Princess Beatrice her well wishes.
Princess Eugenie congratulated Princess Beatrice after her engagement. And she also congratulated the latter after she welcomed her daughter, Sienna.
In 2018, it was revealed that Princess Beatrice has a private Instagram account. But Princess Eugenie’s account is private so royal fans have access to her posts.
While speaking with The Telegraph in 2008, Princess Eugenie revealed she and Princess Beatrice are polar opposites. But this is one of the main reasons why they also get on really well.
“We get on fantastically well, perhaps because we do and think different things. I am definitely not as polite as Beatrice, I have to say. I tell it as it is. I am shyer at first. Like, at a party I will say to Beatrice as we go in, 'Oh, you go first.' But then, when we're actually in, I am much louder and she is far more polite and solicitous,” Princess Eugenie said.
