Prince Harry Was The One Who Told Prince William When To Turn Around On His Wedding Day To Kate Middleton
According to Marie Claire, Prince William and Kate Middleton followed all the protocols and royal rules on their wedding day. And this is the reason why the Prince of Wales turned his back on the Princess of Wales as she was walking down the aisle.
The publication revealed that it has been a tradition among royal grooms not to look at their bride and to wait for their best man to tell them when they should turn around.
This means that Prince William relied on his best man, Prince Harry, to tell him when it was time for him to turn around and see Middleton in her wedding gown.
"Right, she is here now. Well, she looks beautiful, I can tell you that," Prince Harry told Prince William.

Prince William Joked With Michael Middleton, Prince Harry, On His Wedding Day
After seeing Middleton for the first time, Prince William reportedly tried to relieve the pressure that he was feeling on his special day by exchanging a joke with his bride and father-in-law, Michael Middleton.
"Just a quiet family wedding, then," Prince William told Michael and the Princess of Wales in reference to how huge their royal wedding was (via Martha Stewart).
According to Cosmopolitan, Prince William and Prince Harry also had a good laugh prior to the wedding ceremony. The former told the latter that all he had to do was make sure that he wouldn't mess up his lines.
Prince William himself admitted that he was nervous in the lead-up to his royal wedding.
"I was telling everyone when I did the rehearsals the other day and my knees started going, tapping quite nervously... So, it's quite a daunting prospect but very exciting, and I'm thoroughly looking forward to it. There's still a lot of planning to be done in the last four weeks," he said.
Prince William, Kate Middleton, And Prince Harry Watched The Royal Wedding Coverage Together
And after the ceremony and reception were over, Prince William, Middleton, and Prince Harry reportedly shared a sweet moment with each other.
According to royal author Katie Nicholl, Middleton's hairdresser, James Pryce, saw the trio watching the royal wedding coverage while the Princess of Wales still had her tiara on.
"I remember Kate's hairdresser, James Pryce, telling me that when he went to Clarence House to give Kate her updo for the evening… they were sitting on the bed — Harry, William, and Kate — in their dressing gowns, Kate still in her tiara, watching the playback of the BBC's coverage of the royal wedding," she said (via Express).
