In the past, the Duke of Sussex has opened about his own mental health struggles, especially after the untimely death of his mother, Princess Diana. Prince Harry even revealed in a docuseries that he did not process the demise of the late Princess of Wales because he felt so angry at what had happened.

Prince Harry Unqualified To Campaign About Mental Health?
Royal commentator Jonathan Sacerdoti has made another fearless statement about Prince Harry recently. Talking to Express UK, the British journalist said, though the Duke of Sussex has previously talked about his own mental health battles and has sought help from mental health therapists, it does not make him qualified to even start talking about the prevalent issue.
Jonathan Sacerdoti told the publication that:
“He talks of ‘the mental health awakening’ as if mental health and psychology are somehow new discoveries. He may personally be adjusting to a newfound awareness of mental illness and trying to achieve happiness, but his talk of wanting to ‘pioneer the conversation’ just sounds a bit flat. As far as I know he isn’t qualified or trained in the field of psychology or psychotherapy.”

The Spectator contributor furthered:
“You might say that being a patient doesn’t make one an effective or knowledgeable doctor.”
In 2017, Prince Harry revealed how the sudden death of Princess Diana has impacted him. The brother of Prince William said:
“I can safely say that losing my mum at the age of 12, and therefore shutting down all of my emotions for the last 20 years, has had a quite serious effect on not only my personal life but my work as well. I thought that thinking of her was only going to make me sad and not going to bring her back. So from an emotional side, I was, like, ‘Right, don’t ever let your emotions be part of anything.'”
Prince Harry is not the only member of the royal family who openly talked about his mental health struggles. As a matter of fact, Meghan Markle had previously claimed that their mental health was among the primary reasons why they decided to step away from their duties as senior royals.
In March, the better half of Prince Harry even divulged that she had suicidal thoughts when she was still living in the palace with the rest of the royal family. The former Suits actress, during an interview with Oprah Winfrey:
"Look, I was really ashamed to say it at the time and ashamed to have to admit it to Harry especially, because I know how much loss he has suffered, but I knew that if I didn't say it, then I would do it. I just didn't want to be alive anymore."

Prince Harry has yet to comment on the recent statements of Jonathan Sacerdoti, who also claimed that Meghan Markle is becoming more like an activist than a politician. The royal commentator even suggested that it would not be surprising if Queen Elizabeth has a secret social media account, given that she is tech-savvy.
Prince Harry Called A ‘Candyass’ By Father-In-Law Thomas Markle
Meanwhile, Thomas Markle has reportedly criticized Prince Harry for giving up on his royal duties. The father of Meghan Markle branded the Duke of Sussex a “candyass” who would run if they had a fight.
Speaking to The Sun, Thomas Markle said:
“Harry walked away from his responsibilities and that’s ridiculous. He walked away from his grandmother, the royals and the British people. He’s a candyass. I’d take him on at my age any time. He’d run away from me.”
Thomas Markle also lambasted his own daughter, Meghan Markle. He claimed that the wife of Prince Harry fabricates her childhood for political sway. Thomas also debunked the Duchess’ claim that she “grew up on the $4.99 salad bar” at budget Sizzler family restaurant.
The father-in-law of Prince Harry said his family never struggled financially for food, saying that Meghan Markle has “never had to worry about anything like that in her life.” Thomas Markle added that they ate at the best restaurants and only visited Sizzler because it was convenient.
