Pokemon Sun and Moon Gets New Trailer With New ‘Mons & 2 Characters

Hot on the heels of the teaser for the Alolan variant of Grimer, The Pokemon Company has released another trailer for Pokemon Sun and Moon, this time introducing a lot more ‘mons and characters.

We see a lot of evolutions, such as Silvally and its RKS System, which allows it to change type when holding a particularly item. It also has a unique movie dubbed the Multi-Attack. this allows Silvally to match the current type of its opponent.

Jangmo-o also evolves into Hakamo-o to Kommo-o, making it look fiercer and more impressive as it reaches its final form. Bounsweet also sees a complete transformation, from an infant fruit to a Steenee be-bop girl-like ‘mon, to the mature Tsareena.

Cutiefly transforms into Ribombee, and I have to say, it doesn't lose its cuteness from the basic form.

While we saw that Grimer's Alolan form is a lot grayer with just a slob of yellow on his mouth, we can't say the same for his evolution, Muk. While it does have a tinge of gray, we also see a lot of pinks, yellows, and blues in its system.

While it looks more dangerous than its friendly neighbor grime of a basic ‘mon, the rainbow choice of colors makes me wonder if it's still a cinnamon roll inside.

Finally, we get a look at new trainers. There's Olivia, the Kahuna of Akala Island. She will have an extraordinary skill, especially since she was chosen to be the kahuna at a young age. There's also Trainers' School graduate Ilima, the trial captain who specializes in the Normal Type Pokemon.

Pokemon Sun and Moon will be out on the Nintendo 3DS on Nov. 18.
