In an adventure to the magical land, Neverland, Wendy Darling and her brothers will be meeting the boy who never wants to grow up, Peter Pan, and his tiny fairy, Tinker Bell, in a new live-action adaptation of Peter Pan & Wendy!

Peter Pan & Wendy Release Date: When Will the Movie Come Out?
A whole new look on Neverland is coming as Peter Pan & Wendy brings the magical world to life in a new live-action adaptation of the beloved children's story from the 1904 play titled The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up, and the 1953 Disney movie, Peter Pan.

Peter Pan & Wendy Cast: Who are the Actors Included in the Movie?
The characters of Peter Pan & Wendy is the same as that of its source material with Peter Pan, Tinker Bell, Wendy Darling, and Captain Hook as the main character of the movie, and they will be back to explore Neverland in a new perspective.
Alexander Molony will suit up as the boy who refuses to grow up, Peter Pan, and he will be joined by Ever Anderson as Wendy Darling, the girl from London with her brothers as they go with Peter and Tinker Bell to Neverland.
Tinker Bell will be played by Yara Shahidi, still the tiny fairy who is the best friend of Peter Pan but has some jealousy on Wendy.
Jude Law will bring on his take on the infamous Captain Hook, the pirate archenemy of Peter Pan, with Jim Gaffigan as Mr. Smee, Hook's first mate.
As a tenured actor, Jude Law even reached the point of scaring the cast of the movie and apologizing in the best way that he can.
Jude Law revealed in an interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, "David Lowery, our wonderful director, had the idea of really trying to encourage them not to see me when I wasn't Hook."
Law added, "I just stayed as Hook the whole time, which was an opportunity just to be really scary and mean. I just stuck as Hook. And yeah, a lot of the reactions you see in the film are their reactions to me for the first time or as the man himself."
Law apologized to them in the best way, "They met Jude at the end, and I did what every adult should do to bribe children, I hired an ice cream van. I drove it on site, gave out ice cream. Nothing like chocolate ice cream to persuade a child you're alright."
The brothers of Wendy are Joshua Pickering as John Darling, and Jacobi Jupe as Michael Darling. Their parents are Molly Parker as Mary Darling, and Alan Tudyk as George Darling. Alyssa Wapanatahk plays Tiger Lily, the princess of the indigenous tribe of Neverland.
The lost boys are not just boys anymore as they are now joined by lost girls. They are Noah Matthews Matofsky as Slightly, Sebastian Billingsley-Rodriguez as Nibs, Skyler and Kelsey Yates as Tudy and Rudy, and Florence Bensberg as Curly.
Noah Matthews Matofsky is the leader of the Lost Boys and he is the first ever actor with Down Syndrome to star in a Disney movie.
Also among the lost children on Neverland are Caelan Edie as Tootles, Diana Tsoy as Birdie, and Felix De Sousa as Bellweather. Paloma Nuñez, Paul Cheng, Garfield Wilson, and Jesse James Pierce also join the cast as Captain Hook's crew.

Peter Pan & Wendy Crew: Who are the Creative Minds Behind the Scene?
David Lowery has the direction and screenplay of Peter Pan & Wendy which he pens alongside Toby Halbrooks based on the 1904 play titled The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up, and the 1953 Disney movie, Peter Pan. The movie is produced by Jim Whitaker.
Bojan Bazelli handles the cinematography of Peter Pan & Wendy while Daniel Hart is on the music of the film. Peter Pan & Wendy is under the production companies of Walt Disney Pictures, Whitaker Entertainment, and Roth. Kirschenbaum Films.
In April 2016, the live-action movie on Peter Pan started its development under Lowery's direction and he announced that he will be writing the script with Halbrooks.
In 2020, the title of Peter Pan & Wendy was announced and in the same year, they were supposed to begin their production which was, unfortunately, affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, causing a delay in the totality of the plans of the movie.
The official filming of Peter Pan & Wendy started in March 2021 in Vancouver and they ended in August of the same year. They got reshoots in February 2022.

The official synopsis of Peter Pan & Wendy is as follows:
"“Peter Pan & Wendy” introduces Wendy Darling, a young girl afraid to leave her childhood home behind, who meets Peter Pan, a boy who refuses to grow up. Alongside her brothers and a tiny fairy, Tinker Bell, she travels with Peter to the magical world of Neverland. There, she encounters an evil pirate captain, Captain Hook, and embarks on a thrilling and dangerous adventure that will change her life forever."
Much like the classic Disney film, Peter Pan & Wendy brings everyone back to Neverland with the iconic characters like Peter Pan, Wendy Darling, Tinker Bell, Captain Hook, and the lost boys which are now with lost girls.
Following the same vein as that of the classic, Wendy Darling and her brothers meet Peter Pan and Tinker Bell where they all travel to Neverland and discover the magical world with the lost children and Captain Hook and his crew.
