Peacemaker Season 1 Finale: Who Dies, Who Wins?

As promised, Peacemaker Season 1 is as explosive as it will ever be as a bloody fight between the Butterflies and team resulted into one big chaos that led to a side emerging victoriously. Of course, no fight would be over without some damage or injuries. Throughout the series, there has been gains and losses, who dies and who wins in Episode 8, “It’s Cow or Never?”

Peacemaker Season 1 Finale: Who Dies, Who Wins?

In Peacemaker Episode 8, It’s Cow or Never, the conclusive finale of the first season of the show has some satisfying end to the impending alien invasion that the team has been trying to stop since the start of the show. It’s the Butterflies versus Peacemaker and the rest of the 11th Street Kids and the fight was, as expected, bloody.

Vigilante and Harcourt were injured when the sonic boom helmet of Peacemaker was used to cause explosions on the side of the Butterflies. On the other side, given that they are the target of the sonic boom helmet, they’re not as lucky as well. The other members of the team managed to survive but not without a scratch.

Those who died are as follows: the Butterfly cow, who was the main kill target of the team, and its death is a courtesy of the human torpedo helmet of Peacemaker; Detective Song, the host of Goff, as the body, was blasted by Peacemaker, but as for Goff, the Butterfly, he survived; Locke, the Butterfly chief of police; and the other Butterflies who were either killed off by the sonic boom helmet or the human torpedo one.

Those who got injured are basically everyone on the scene, but those who were critically hurt were Vigilante and Harcourt who flew off the scene when the sonic boom helmet was activated. They managed to make it out ‘til the end. Harcourt made her recovery at a hospital and Peacemaker was on her side throughout.

Of course, it’s not a hero story if the team wouldn’t win against the Butterflies. They definitely did, even having some bragging rights because when the Justice League arrived, the fight was already over and they were already fleeing off the scene.
