In Peacemaker Episode 1, “A Whole New Whirled” Post-Credits Scene shows Christopher Smith/ Peacemaker back in the equipment room of his father. Auggie tells Peacemaker that a helmet from the shelf might even give him scabies and he got curious as to why he keeps a helmet like that. His father replies with a food for thought, to challenge himself and that every man should have that once in life.

This scene shows the influence that his father has in him, both as a son and as Peacemaker himself. While it may look like a funny scene, if you’d look into it deeper, it is like a father-and-son one with a lesson that, while uncanny, could teach Peacemaker a lot.

In Peacemaker Episode 3, “Better Goff Dead” Post-Credits Scene gives an unseen part in a scene in the same episode where Harcourt puts a threatens Vigilante on him possibly compromising the mission. Harcourt lays down that she would kill the whole family of Vigilante, one which the latter just laughed at, and Murn was just listening to everything that transpired over the radio.

This gives some light to the character of Vigilante and while in this version, he might not be like that in the comics where he is a district attorney who took down a mob and his family was killed thus him being Vigilante, he remains to have a tragic and dark backstory pushing him to pursue being who he is in the series.

Peacemaker Episodes 1, 2, and 3 are all available now on HBO Max.
