NO:ZE has been scrutinized for breaking the contracts she has with small businesses.

Small brands that, reportedly, have contracts with NO:ZE recently came forward and accused her of having poor professionalism that affects their businesses even more. They all accused her of delaying their brand deal posts, one of which disclosed that the dancer even deleted an ad immediately although she had just posted it.

Her agency commented on the matter and explained that there are certain posting schedules that have a process before its artist officially shares it. It also noted that NO:ZE consulted the company before taking down a post.

Still, NO:ZE received more hate messages after she joined the Street Woman Fighter reunion concert.

NO:ZE’s Agency Admits She Breached an Advertising Contract

After defending her, her agency, Starting House, issued a new statement saying that she indeed breached her contract with a fashion brand. It blamed e agency's "poor communication with the artist" for the mistake, leading the accusations about her to emerge.

The agency said:

"In this process, we have realized that due to a lack of attention from the agency and our poor communication with the artist, she was not able to upload the posts on time and deleted some of the posts that weren't supposed to be deleted. We are sorry to disappoint fans and advertisement officials. We recognize the seriousness of the situation and will try our best to not let something like this happen again."

The news came after another report said that she intentionally snubs brands that she does not consider luxurious enough.
