New X-Men: Apocalypse Easter Egg Hints Appearance of Another Cool Mutant

There have been countless mutants created for the X-Men franchise that have never been featured in any of film. Just because X-Men: Apocalypse follows the story of Apocalypse and the students of School for Gifted Youngsters, it doesn't mean that other mutants will not be featured in the film. At least, that's what Sophie Turner's recent Twitter post seems to hint on.

The 20-year-old English actress recently updated her Twitter account with an image from the forthcoming X-Men: Apocalypse. It shows her character, Jean Grey, and Tye Sheridan's Cyclops/Scott Summers browsing through a record store. However, the highlight of the photo really is Summers holding an album of Dazzler's Sounds of Light and Fury, who Turner claims is their favorite artist.

It's worth noting that Dazzler is also known to X-Men fans as a mutant with the ability of turning sound waves into light and energy. In fact, the album cover itself shows Dazzler seemingly demonstrating such abilities.

Check out Turner's tweet below:

What this truly entails we may never know until X-Men: Apocalypse hits theaters on May 27, but if rumors are true that Dazzler could be played by pop star Taylor Swift, then it would make Apocalypse so much more exciting to see.
