With a few more weeks until The Rise of Skywalker premieres, Star Wars has been releasing multiple teasers, clips, TV spots, and posters for the upcoming film. Fans barely got to see Rey, Finn, and Poe share lots of screentime. But a new Episode IX still gives us a glimpse of the heroes all together.

Empire recently released photos from The Rise of Skywalker as part of exclusive coverage of the movie for their December issue. The photo shows the three heroes together with C-3PO in what seems to be a cave-like place looking up to something or someone. Of course, the photo doesn't reveal much information in order to avoid giving out too many spoilers. But the characters' facial expressions seem to be suggesting that they are seeing something either extremely dangerous, incredibly stunning, or just downright frightening. You can check out the photo below.

Based on the image, it looks like we'll get to see more scenes of the trio in the upcoming film. In addition, Poe Dameron actor Oscar Isaac even mentioned in a previous interview that The Rise of Skywalker will explore more of the dynamic between the three characters.

Aside from the sequel trio photo, a new still by the same outlet was also released which features the soldiers of the First Order, the Sith troopers. They are seen rocking red suits instead of the classic white ones in the upcoming movie.
