New Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore Trailer Promises Big Battle in the Wizarding World

Last week, it was announced that a new trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore was coming on Thursday. However, it didn't end up happening and it was delayed due to unknown reasons. But now, after an extended period of waiting, the day finally arrived as a new trailer for the next chapter in the wizarding world is now upon us.

Warner Bros. has released a new trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore. The almost three-minute preview for the upcoming film highlighted the impending war between Gellert Grindlewald's army and the muggles. The team of wizards, headed by Newt Scamander and Albus Dumbledore, are leading the battle against the army.

We also got a glimpse of the much-awaited showdown between Dumbledore and Credence Barebone, who turns out to be Albus' brother Aurelius. They also showed a glimpse of a scene where it seems that Dumbledore and Grindlewald are having a heated argument which adds more to the drama of the film. You can view the trailer here:

Based on the new trailer, it looks like the film will have the biggest battle yet in the wizarding world franchise (probably bigger than the battle in Harry Potter and the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows). It also looks great as there are a lot of beautiful-looking battle scenes that are out of this world. It also has an epic-looking scale that seems to be promising a big battle that exceeds both the first two films combined. Everything just looks very exciting and it is placing to be the grandest film yet in the franchise.

Per the official synopsis, the film is set in the 1930s leading up to the Wizarding World's involvement in World War II and "will explore the magical communities in Bhutan, Germany, and China in addition to previously established locations including Brazil, the United States, and United Kingdom. With Grindelwald's power rapidly growing, Albus Dumbledore entrusts Newt Scamander and his friends on a mission that will lead to a clash with Grindelwald's army, and will lead Dumbledore to ponder how long he will stay on the sidelines in the approaching war."

Returning cast members include Eddie Redmayne, Jude Law, Katherine Waterston, Dan Fogler, Alison Sudol, Ezra Miller, Callum Turner, and Jessica Williams. Mikkelsen joins as Gellert Grindlewald, replacing Depp who played the role in the last two films. David Yates is also back to direct the film.
