As of the moment, there is only one remaining DC Extended Universe film on the slate for this year and it is the highly anticipated Black Adam movie starring Dwayne "The Rick" Johnson. It drops another trailer and it seems to be connected to another project, Suicide Squad.

Black Adam just dropped a new trailer for the movie with new scenes showcasing the Justice Society of America and the challenges they will be facing like Sabbac who gets his first look in the movie. At one point in the trailer, it points to a connection to another DC film.

Amanda Waller, played by Viola Davis, is seen on the screen! She is most famous for her role in Suicide Squad where she gathers a group of prisoners who takes on life-and-death missions in some black ops for the government.

The presence of Amanda Waller being in contact with the Justice Society of America in Black Adam just proves that the DC Extended Universe is starting to get connected to each other and her motives may be the same for the titular hero because definitely, he will change the name of the game.

Black Adam will follow the titular anti-hero of Kahndaq breaking into the modern world after five thousand years of being imprisoned and his arrival gets the attention of the Justice Society of America who will try to convince him to change sides from being a villain to a hero.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson plays Black Adam and he will be joined by Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, Marwan Kenzari as Sabbac, and Sarah Shahi as Adrianna Tomaz.
