Naruto Shippuden may be showcasing a new Boyhood arc this month for its anime. But GEM has a nice way of commemorating this next step in the Naruto franchise.
The company announced a new special collection (via Crunchyroll), which features some of the tailed beasts. The collection will be a 10-piece special, which shows off Naruto Uzumaki together with nine of his tailed friends.
And before you freak that these beasts will be the fierce-looking ones, GEM made the collection in a very cute manner. All of the beasts, like Kurama, Kokuo, Shukaku, and Son Goku are all in the collection, together with the five others. I think Matatabi is the most adorable one.
Naruto's figure stands at 7cm, while the beasts are at 4cm, as can be seen in the image where they are all lined up together.
The new set will be available at specific outlets, including Jump Character Store, Bandai Premium Shop, Megastore, and Aniplex+.
So far, the expected release date is sometime in March 2017.
This is a great way to keep the Naruto franchise alive, though the anime is also one great way to do this. The upcoming 480th episode will debut on Oct. 20, and will focus on Hinata and Naruto, back in their childhood days when the Nine-Tails were still locked within him.
