Here’s What Happened Before My Hero Academia Chapter 387
The Counter-Force HQ is in a state of panic as they report on the movement of evacuation blocks and the whereabouts of All For One.
Naomasa inquires if there is any possible hero who could fight and stop All For One, but everyone is already on their last legs.
Worse, Dabi's heat endangers the lives of everyone within five kilometers of Gunga.
Dabi has been accumulating heat within himself and hasn't ceased condensing thermal energy.
He will release that concentrated heat energy in a few minutes and annihilate himself, along with the lives of many innocent people.
La Brava reports that Dabi’s explosion will affect U.A. in the east and Shiketsu in the west since the route between them passes near Gunga in the Kinki Region.
Naomasa feels that Dabi planned everything on purpose, most likely because Skeptic provided him with that crucial knowledge.
Nonetheless, La Brava urges Naomasa to contact the heroes as soon as possible because there will be no time to waste.
Most crucially, they still have an evacuation block within Dabi's blast zone that has stopped moving.
The remainder of Todoroki's family is in this block, and they are beginning to panic and dread.
The heroes instruct the civilians to release the emergency hatches and reach the surface as soon as possible.
It was complete anarchy, even deep beneath, and the heroes must ensure that everyone escapes alive.
Naomasa receives word that All For One has accelerated even farther, allowing him to use his gloop warp.
Unfortunately, no additional reinforcements are available because no one is physically fit to battle and no heroes can possibly arrive in time.
Worst-case scenario: All For One and Shigaraki will band together and become unstoppable!
Todoroki, who is severely hurt, is resting on Iida's shoulders in Gunga.
He is suffering the effects of his phosphor, but the mental burden he bears because of Dabi drives his spirit.
Iida understands Todoroki's feelings, but he questions why Todoroki must bear the emotional stress alone.
That's when Todoroki and Iida receive a message from All Might, wondering if they're still fighting alongside him.
All Might also kept them updated on Dabi's impending explosion, which Endeavor's quirk couldn't prevent.
All Might requests that Todoroki stop Dabi and make everyone feel safe again. Todoroki may be his finest self this way.
The same is true for Iida, whom All Might commands to run with every inch of his power.
Furthermore, All Might feels that Iida and Todoroki's dynamic combo can do something about Gunga's imminent situation.
Iida and Todoroki are their only hope, with an engine that is half-cold and half-hot.
Todoroki is concerned about Iida's stalled engines, but the latter feels that his legs are intended to guide mischievous children.
Iida then lifts Todoroki on his back as he prepares to sprint straight to Gunga.
Stain stands in the corner, watching Todoroki and Iida do good for others.
Hawks claims that the aging process has increased All For One's power while leaving him unable to resist negative emotions.
Naomasa screams as he sees All Might step out of his car on the battlefield to face All For One.
All Might felt that this has always been his fight, and Naomasa should remember the endless warring that got them to this point.
He then faces All For One, saying that he heard that Tomura Shigaraki’s hatred is affecting All For One’s original body.
With this, All For One won’t be able to ignore him.
Naomasa tries to stop All Might because he is quirkless, but the latter remembers the first time he met Deku, who asked him if someone without a quirk could be a hero.
Before the chapter ends, All Might reveals an array of support items from his car while heroically stating his famous catchphrase: "I AM HERE!"
