For the first time since the series' inception, the cover of My Hero Academia Chapter 368 features the invisible woman, Toru Hagakure, in flesh.

The chapter begins with a furious Deku asking if Shigaraki is still there, to which AFO Shigaraki responds that he is no longer alive and that the two of them have completely merged into a new being.

AFO Shigaraki continues, telling Deku that All For One is in charge, most likely because he has lived a longer life than Shigaraki Tomura.

Moreover, AFO Shigaraki asserts confidently that even if he didn't know what was going through Deku's mind, he would not get his happy ending.

Mirio chimed in at this point, speculating that All For One and Shigaraki were not fully merged.

He recalls AFO Shigaraki going insane and throwing a tantrum like a child when he spoke harshly to him, implying that the more they press him, the more unstable AFO Shigaraki becomes.

Suddenly, Nana Shimura appears behind Deku and tells him that Shigaraki is still present. This is after she locked eyes with his only son, Kotaro Shimura, on AFO Shigaraki’s arm.

Soon after, an enraged and frustrated AFO Shigaraki leaps above, shaking the flying UA.

He declares that enough is enough and that he will take back his brother's quirk.

AFO Shigaraki launches a massive smash at Deku, destroying everything around them, but Deku emerges unscathed and confidently tells AFO Shigaraki that he will not have a happy ending, making a mockery of AFO Shigaraki's earlier statement.

Deku uses his Fa Jin-infused Black Whip to bind AFO Shigaraki's arm and throw him away in a move known as Black Chain to counter AFO Shigaraki's attack.

AFO Shigaraki breaks free from Deku's Black Chain and affirms to Deku that he will not fall for the same move again, no matter how many times he tries to change his attacks.

When the second One For All user appeared, he advised Deku to save his quirk for last.

The second user comes to the conclusion that if they do not deal with AFO Shigaraki within the next five minutes, the world will end, so they must finish this once and for all.

At that point, Deku takes a stance, holding his right hand, and says, "Second transmission!".

Suddenly, AFO Shigaraki was blasted out of nowhere and was hit by multiple attacks from Deku's second and third gears, as well as his top gear.

While Mirio is perplexed, AFO Shigaraki is taken aback by Deku's attacks, causing him to realize that Deku's energy is completely different from the one he was using previously because he is much faster.

The second One For All user spoke up, informing AFO Shigaraki that things would be different this time.

He went on to describe Deku's quirk, which allows the user to change the speed of anything he touches.

He called it "Gear Shift Overdrive", whereas, in Deku’s words, his new quirk is depicted as 100% becoming 120%.

Yoichi appears at the end of the chapter and tells All For One that today is the day they will finally put an end to their long-running feud, while Deku is about to hit AFO Shigaraki with a massive and more powerful Detroit Smash in the background!
