Yes, Marin does confess to Gojo in My Dress-Up Darling Episode 12.

Marin and Gojo are on the phone in a post-credit scene in My Dress-Up Darling Episode 12. Marin initially calls Gojo to express her fear after watching the sequel to the horror film they previously watched.

She confides in Gojo, telling him that she believes a ghost will appear behind her at any moment, much to Gojo's delight. She also says she washed her hair without closing her eyes because she was afraid a ghost would appear behind her.

As a result, Marin requests that Gojo stay on the phone with her until she feels more at ease and ready to sleep. It appears that the two were having a lot of fun talking on the phone until Gojo began to yawn and respond with his sleepy voice.

Before going to bed, Gojo tells Marin that he has had a lot of fun with her since their first meeting. Marin later realizes Gojo is sleeping because he no longer responds to her voice.

Marin decides to tell Gojo that she loves her in the midst of the touching moment. Yes! At the same time, Marin admits to Gojo that she had a lot of fun during their strange relationship. Marin's unexpected confession, however, will go unnoticed by the sleeping Gojo.

Anyway, we weren't expecting the confession because we're only 12 episodes into My Dress-Up Darling. There is still a lot of manga source material to cover, so we are all looking forward to future second-season announcements! This anime truly never fails to live up to expectations!
