Wakana Gojo was a loner who wanted to be a hina doll craftsman. His passion was something that people did not understand, especially those who are the same age as him. This gave him social trauma which ended up into a social recluse. On the other hand, Kitagawa Marin is a popular girl in school. A lot of people notice her beauty but what they don’t know is that she wanted to cosplay.
The two of them come from different worlds and are obviously contrasting to each other but one incident changed their relationship. When Marin found out that Gojo can make clothes, she did not have second thoughts in asking him to make a costume for her. He agreed and the two started getting to know each other more.
Do Gojo and Marin End Up Together in My Dress-Up Darling?

But after Gojo agreed to make a costume for Marin, they would talk to each other more and spend a lot of time together. The first costume that he made for her was a success and it made their relationship better as Gojo started to open up to her. Marin supported Gojo and continued to compliment him about his work, boosting his self-confidence.
He would also take care of her whenever she was sick, help her cook, and even support her in making her decisions. His treatment towards her truly evolved to the point that he was willing to teach her stuff about school. He cares about her though at first, it seemed platonic. But for Marin, she knew she was in-love with Gojo by the end of volume 2 in the manga.
She would find a way to spend more time with him by going to his house whenever she was free. In chapter 39, she decided to confess to him while he was asleep. But of course, he did not hear this. Their closeness started a rumor that they might be dating but Gojo denied it as he believes that she would never date someone like him. By chapter 62, Gojo finally realizes that his feelings for Marin are the same as his feelings for the hina dolls, clearly hinting that he loves her too.
However, the manga did not say if the two eventually got together. This is understandable as the manga is still ongoing. For now, it is clear for fans that the two have feelings for each other. One person should just be brave enough to make things official.
