Episode 12 of Mushoku Tensei Season 2 titled I Want to Tell You opens with Rudeus admitting that he is in love with Sylphy.
However, he found himself disheartened by the fact that he still grapples with impotence, preventing him from engaging in a physical relationship with her.
Sylphy later shared this information with Ariel and Luke.
Moved by sympathy for Rudeus, Luke expressed his willingness to assist Sylphy in finding a solution to Rudeus' impotence issue.
Luke then presented Sylphy with a powerful aphrodisiac that would help Rudeus.
In the meantime, Ariel offered valuable advice on how to captivate Rudeus when their paths crossed once more.
Later that night, Sylphy met Rudeus and she gave him the aphrodisiac. After consuming the aphrodisiac, Rudeus could focus on making love.
The next morning, Rudeus was pleasantly surprised that Sylphy did not leave him.
Rudeus underwent a profound emotional release, ultimately conquering the trauma stemming from Eris's departure.
Eventually, Rudeus expressed his gratitude to Ariel for her assistance, swearing his allegiance to her.
He then extended a proposal of marriage to Sylphy, which she joyfully accepted.
Toward the end of the episode, Ariel relieved Sylphy of the duty to uphold her Fitz disguise and welcomed Rudeus into her trusted group.
In response, Sylphy offered heartfelt thanks to both Ariel and Luke for their unwavering support and kindness.
