Nisio Isin of the Monogatari series fame is returning to Weekly Shonen Jump with the launch of a new manga happening this November.

While Isin has been busy with other works over the past years, it has been nearly a decade since his Shonen Jump manga ended its run. This new title was announced in the latest Weekly Shonen Jump issue.

This won’t be the only new series, as four upcoming titles are also launching soon.

Info about these manga, including their titles and release dates, was shared by Comic Natalie.

New Weekly Shonen Jump Titles

The first manga to launch is Ichinose-ka no Taizai, an upcoming manga series by Taizan 5.

In case you’re unfamiliar, Taizan 5 is a new author who worked on the Jump+ series Takopii no Genzai, which was serialized from December 2021 to March 2022.

Taizan 5 has also worked on two other one-shots for Jump+, including Kiss shitai Otoko and Hero Complex.

His next manga marks his Weekly Shonen Jump debut, which will launch on November 14, 2022.

Nisio Isin’s manga will be up next to launch, and it will then be followed by Ichigoki! Sojuchu, a new title by Seiji Hayashi.

While there’s no word yet on the manga’s story, it will likely be a comedy as Hayashi is best known for his previous work with Shueisha entitled I’m From Japan, a school gag comedy.

Ichigoki! Sojuchu will begin serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump on November 28, 2022.

The last manga to launch is Jinzo Ningen 100 by Daisuke Enoshima. Unlike the other authors, Enoshima has not yet gotten a manga serialized, though he has published a one-shot in Shonen Jump in 2021.

Enoshima’s upcoming manga will begin serialization on December 5, 2022.

Nisio Isin New Shonen Jump Manga

Given that Isin has a laundry list of famous works such as the Monogatari series, Katanagatari, and Medaka Box, it’s likely that his upcoming manga is the one that fans are most excited about among the new Shonen Jump titles.

Entitled Ango Gakuen no Iroha, this upcoming title will be written by Isin and illustrated by Yuji Iwasaki. The two worked together before on the Jump GIGA one-shot entitled Matohazure Q-doubu.

While there are no details yet regarding its story, fans can expect another witty and dialogue-heavy series given Isin’s body of work.

What we do know for sure is that it will begin serialization on November 21, 2022.
