Metallic Rouge is an original anime from Bones, the same studio that created My Hero Academia and Mob Psycho 100. It is an action and sci-fi anime with 13 episodes, but viewers are wondering if there will be a Metallic Rouge season 2. Here are our predictions.

What Happens in Metallic Rouge?
Metallic Rouge presents the Neans, humanity's weapons against hostile aliens known as Usurpers, during the great space conflict that transformed the world and the solar system.
Among these Neans, there is a superior, non-standard group known as the Immortal Nine. They can not only transform into gladiators, but their look leads many people to misidentify them as humans.
Inside these non-standard Neans is an id that could release every Nean in the world from the Asimov Code, which prevents them from experiencing true freedom.
After all, the world has altered, and humans have misused their control over the Neans.
In the first episode, viewers meet Rouge Redstar, a Nean hunting the Immortal Nine members to avenge her creator who was murdered.
She meets Naomi Orthmann, who accompanies her on her missions from one location to another.
As the plot unfolds, Rouge gets the IDs of some of the Immortal Nine, resulting in further complications. Not to mention, some of the characters are not what they claim to be.
So, Will There Be a Metallic Rouge Season 2? Our Predictions
As of writing, neither the creators nor the production staff have confirmed Metallic Rouge season 2, so fans will have to wait for more news and information, which we believe will be available soon after the anime ends.
After all, it's not uncommon for an anime series to confirm its next season after the final episode, so Metallic Rouge is likely to follow suit.
In some cases, the announcement is made a week or two after the final episode, either on the anime's official website or via X (previously Twitter).
Some also share an announcement video on their official YouTube channels.
Metallic Rouge has so far received average ratings on MyAnimeList, but this doesn’t tell everything about its performance, especially in Japan.
Based on track record, anime with higher ratings are more likely to get a new season, but we can't still rule out the possibility of Metallic Rouge receiving a second season this early.
