Prince Harry's sister-in-law Samantha Markle spoke about their entire family's absence at his royal wedding to Meghan Markle. Samantha claimed it was due to Markle being afraid her lies would be exposed.
Meghan Markle Kept Family Away From Royal Wedding To Cover Up Lies?
Meghan's half-sister Samantha appeared on FOX Nation's Tucker Carlson Today. During her guesting, she talked about Markle and the absence of their entire family from Markle and Prince Harry's royal wedding in 2018.
Samantha claimed that Markle was probably afraid that her lies would be exposed at the reception. The Diary of Princess Pushy's Sister said that when "people start drinking champagne, they start talking," and that's probably the reason Markle didn't want any of them on her big day.
Samantha claimed journalists found a lot of "porky pies" that Markle had probably told the royals and Prince Harry. So, they were not invited "to cover up" the alleged lies.
"Five weeks study program doesn't equate with working at the embassy, which she told Rachael Ray and Craig Ferguson on live television," Samantha said, debunking Markle's previous claim that she worked at the American embassy in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
"So all of these lies started coming out, but we didn't know that she had told the royal family so many porky pies. So make sense, 'Oh my God, I've got to keep everybody away because if they start talking, the lies will come out.'"
Samatha said there was no need to lie about Markle's background. She also said her sister doesn't need to dress like Princess Diana or be someone else. She just needs to be proud of who she is.
Other Possible Reasons Meghan Markle Didn't Invite Her Family
Meghan Markle has been estranged from her family, according to her. To be fair to the Duchess of Sussex, she invited her dad, Thomas Markle Sr., who cancelled his attendance after getting heart surgery in the run-up to the royal wedding.
According to Nicki Swift, Markle's half-sister Samantha and half-brother Thomas Markle Jr. also trashed her.
In a letter obtained by InTouch Weekly, he warned Prince Harry that he was making "the biggest mistake in royal history" by picking up his sister, Meghan, as his bride.
"Meghan Markle is obviously not the right woman for you," Thomas Jr. added, describing the former Suits star as someone "jaded, shallow, conceited woman that will make a joke of you and the royal family heritage."
Samantha also slammed Markle for ignoring her condition after she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2008.
"Humanitarianism begins at home. That doesn't mean monetary, it means reaching out," she said via Daily Star.
Meanwhile, in Prince Harry and Markle's Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan, she said she wanted to invite her niece Ashleigh Hale, Samantha's daughter, to her wedding. However, the palace allegedly discouraged her from doing so.
"How do we explain that this half-sister isn't invited to the wedding, but that the half-sister's daughter is," Markle said in the documentary, according to Buzz Feed News. "And so with Ashleigh, the guidance at the time was to not have her come to our wedding."
"I was in the car with [Harry] and I called her and I had her on speakerphone and we talked her through what guidance we were being given and why this assessment was made and — and that's painful."
Why do you think Meghan Markle didn't invite any family members to her wedding aside from her mom? Do you believe Samantha's claim?
